Mental Health Services SaBP Carer Feedback Session

Led by Mental Health Carer Practice Partners a chance feedback your views on mental health services from CMHRS in the Woking area

It’s a chance both to celebrate good practice, and also share your views, and experiences, to see what might be improved, including how carers should be included in care plans.

Please join us and share your views if the person you care has experience of Surrey mental health care and services.

This event will be held online, although it is discussing support in the Woking area.
